• 標準租用期為「三天兩夜」。禮服提取時間最早為婚期前一天下午2點或之後。
  
• 禮服歸還時間統一為婚期後一天（T+2）下午4時前。如超時附加費將收取每小時 $500港幣；如需額外租借日數，即收費為每天 $800港幣。
  
• 如需要延長禮服租用期請提前與本店職員聯絡。
  
• 客人可享有最多兩次免費試身服務，而第二次試身最遲必須訂於婚期前的一個月。如客人需要第三次或更多次試身，則每次需額外收費 $400 港幣。
  
• 租借禮服服務均可免費改期一次，惟客人必須在原婚期前的至少一個月作出書面通知，而新日子必須為通知日計起一年內。改期後，本店並不保證已選款式能在新日期使用，改期的客人有機會需要改選其他款式，會視乎本店租借供應而定。

Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period

• Standard Duration: Three days ,two nights (72hrs)
• Gown Collection: Earliest available from 2:00 PM onward on the day preceding the wedding.
• Gown Return: By 4:00 PM on the second day following the wedding (T+2).

2. Fittings

• Complimentary Fittings: Up to two sessions included.
• Additional Fittings: HKD $400 per session for the third and subsequent fittings.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• One complimentary rescheduling permitted, subject to the following conditions:

Gown Rental Care Instructions

As our gowns are high-value items, clients are required to maintain them in clean and undamaged condition throughout the rental period.

1. Damage Policy

• Examples of Damage (non-exhaustive):
  Broken zippers, pulled threads (e.g., gold embroidery), water stains, makeup/foundation stains, or any soiling.
• Consequences:
  Depending on severity, the security deposit will be forfeited, and additional compensation may be sought for repairs or loss of value.

Important Prohibitions

• Do NOT apply perfume, essential oils, or any scented products directly to the gown.

We appreciate your diligence in preserving the gown’s condition.

• 客人一旦選定心儀禮服後便需要立即繳清全數金額。所有款項一經支付不設退款及轉讓/轉移。
  
• 客人需額外支付按金，方可提取禮服。為免存疑，透過本公司優惠租賃裙褂的客戶，仍須支付【按裙褂件數】計算的按金。
  
• 按金將於客戶交還禮服及經本店檢查後的7個工作天內原路退回。
  
• 客人選定禮服後如欲更換款式，則本店將收取每次 $200 港幣手續費。

Fees & Deposit Policy

• Full payment is required immediately upon finalizing gown selection.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• A refundable deposit must be paid prior to gown collection.
• Note: Customers availing promotional offers are still required to pay deposits based on the number of rented items (e.g., chinese wedding Qwa/ Ma Qwa).

Qwa Style Exchange Policy

1. Style Exchange Privilege

• Customers may request one (1) style change following order confirmation and full payment. All requests must be submitted no later than two (2) calendar months prior to the wedding date to allow for processing.

• Approval is subject to inventory availability at the time of request. We cannot guarantee fulfillment of change requests.
